The staff were amazing, kind, helpful and polite. The food was freshly cooked, of a very high quality and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is beautiful, built in a colonial style and very well maintained. Although the road outside is relatively busy, once we were in the grounds we could not hear any traffic and the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. On arrival, we were greeted with chilled washcloths to freshen up alongside a complimentary welcome drink. Every facility of the hotel was explained in great detail and every member of staff we spoke to either spoke excellent English, or immediately found somebody else to assist us. The reservations manager, Mr Phongsavanh, personally supervised our check out and genuinely seemed to care that we had enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing service. You are treated like royalty. The hotel is beautiful, pool is awesome, and rooms are a good size.
